PULWAMA: Two soldiers were injured in an encounter that ended with terrorists giving security forces the slip in Kakapora belt in south Kashmirs Pulwama district early Tuesday.

Holed-up terrorists opened fire at the search party, triggering an encounter in which two Armymen were injured, the officer said.
Following the initial fire exchange, however, the ultras managed to escape and the operation was called off afterwards.
Later in the day, a joint team of security forces acting on a tip-off and arrested the Al-Badr duo — identified as Rayees-ul-Hassan and Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, both residents of Pulwamas Awantipora — with Rs 6 lakh cash meant to fuel terror activities of the outfit in the region, said anRead More – Source
